Each SLOWLINE product is made with selective full grain leather of high-lux quality. Three different leather textures are available: pebbled leather, smooth leather, and textured leather.

The leather used for each bag is listed on each product page. Hover the mouse on the product image to see leather details. For more information, see Materials That Last. Pick your desired design and leather texture!

1. Select the desired product and ADD TO BAG.
2. Continue shopping, or click the bag icon on top right of the page to VIEW BAG.
3. 3.Once you have finished shopping, click CHECKOUT and apply your promotion code.
4. Enter your email and your billing address, select shipping, and a payment method.
5. Enter your shipping address, and the tax will be calculated automatically depending on your shipping address
6. Check the information, then click PURCHASE NOW to complete your order

That’s it –Once your order is place, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after with the details of your order.

No, all you need is an email address. You can place and track orders as a guest. However, we would recommend you to register an account before shopping, which will make it easier for you to manage your account and orders.

Once your order is delivered, you will receive an automatic email containing a tracking number which you can use to track your order online. If you are registered with us, you can also log into your account, select My Account, then My Orders.

We process and complete orders as quickly as possible. If you have any modification requests or need to cancel, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours after you placed the order. We will try our best to accommodate all requests.

You can purchase a gift card via this link. You’ll need to select the amount you would like to put on the gift card and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

After you purchase the gift card, a beautiful email will be automatically sent to your receiver in several hours. Gift card receiver can click the link directly in the email to add the gift card to the cart automatically!

Yes. Gift cards are not tied to a specific account so gift card receivers can receive gift cards without having to create an account.

We offer free ground shipping worldwide on orders over $200. For orders under $200, there is an international flat-rate shipping charge of $10. 

Your order will be carefully packaged in a biodegradable PLA bag with a solid linen dust bag outside to ensure it arrives in an excellent condition. You will receive it in a beautiful gift box made of recyclable wood pulp.

First, we’re sorry to cause you troubles. If you receive a wrong order or find your product defective or damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect product. We are happy to resolve the problem for you right away.

*Products are eligible for return only in their unused condition; returned handbags MUST include all the original packages (Including the gift box, dust bag, biodegradable package and the original tags). *Products damaged in the return process will not be eligible for refund.
