Ordering

WHAT CURRENCY IS USED ON SLOWLINE WEBSITE?

All prices shown on the Website are in U.S. Dollars.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
  1. Select your desired products and ADD TO CART.
  2. Continue shopping, or click the cart icon on the top right of the page to VIEW CART.
  3. Once you have finished shopping, click CHECKOUT and apply your promotion code.
  4. Enter your email and your billing address, select shipping, and a payment method.
  5. Enter your shipping address, and the tax will be calculated automatically depending on your shipping address.
  6. Check the information, then click PURCHASE NOW to complete your order.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after with the details of your order.

DO I NEED TO SIGN UP TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, all you need is an email address. You can place and track orders as a guest. However, we would recommend you to register an account before shopping, which will make it easier for you to manage your account and orders.

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is delivered, you will receive an automatic email containing a tracking number which you can use to track your order online. If you are registered with us, you can also log into your account, select My Account, then My Orders.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

We process and complete orders as quickly as possible. If you have any modification requests or need to cancel, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours after you placed the order. We will try our best to accommodate all requests.

Shipping

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU HAVE?

We offer free ground shipping worldwide on orders over $119. For orders under $119, there is an international flat-rate shipping charge of $10. 

HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE PACKAGED?

Your order will be carefully packaged in a biodegradable PLA bag with a solid linen dust bag outside to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. You will receive it in a beautiful gift box made of recyclable wood pulp.

Exchange & Return

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY?

First, we’re sorry to cause you trouble. If you receive a wrong order or find your product defective or damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 3 days from the day of receipt with your order number and the photos of the defective or incorrect product. We will resolve the problem for you as soon as possible.

*Products are eligible for return only in their unused condition; returned items MUST include all the original packages (including the gift box, dust bag, biodegradable package and the original tags).

*Products damaged in the return process will not be eligible for a refund.

* Returned items may require you to pay return freight.

*Once we receive the package and confirm that the good is in perfect condition, the gift card or the refund will be returnable.
