Return & Exchange
Please notify us within 3 days from the day of receipt, if the item is damaged, or it cannot be returned. We accept returns for a refund to your original form of payment when postmarked within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
We accept returns for an online credit for non-final sale items when postmarked within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Items marked with Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. For any questions, please contact at [email protected].
We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Shipping costs will not be covered for returns. No-restocking is to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us at [email protected] immediately after making your purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify your order.
Price changes, promotional codes and items are not valid on previous orders. We will be unable to modify orders placed before price changes. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company and your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
